We are proud to introduce in the market
our new series of energy recovery wheels.
They are the result of over one year engineering
and research work that was finalised to:
1) Determine the best micro channels
wheels shape and dimensions in order to
maximize the thermodynamic performances
as well as the structural resistance keeping
the air pressure drop as low as possible 2) Find out the best materials
available on the markets for the latent
energy recovery in order to offer our
customers the highest possible efficiency
rate 3) Introduce a clever, economical
and highly reliable manufacturing system.
In order to achieve this goal we choose
not to buy any available machinery in
the market and to develop something new
by ourselves: the result is a high technology
and precision wrapping system completely
computer controlled based on an innovative
"unwrapping" system never seen
in the market. We do not use glue or spokes
(except for big horizontal units).
CERTIFIED PERFORMANCES:
Our selection software has been developed
using the most advanced known physical
models and a complete series of tests
made by the University Vicenza, Dept.
of Management and Engineering - DTG over
a period of more than two months.

All the tests were made according ANSI/ASHRAE
84-1991 standard with high precision and quality
instruments. This is the reason we can guarantee
extremely accurate selections under all the standard
and the special conditions.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
ROTOR
Many width available: we have the possibility
to manufacture wheels with widths between 100
and 330 mm. Standard size: 200mm. Materials available:
Aluminium, hygroscopic aluminium, epoxy coated
aluminium. Maximum diameter 2400mm but soon we
will increase our product range in order to cover
diameters up to 5000mm. Our rotors are completely
balanced for optimal rotation. The unwrapping
is guaranteed by a new and innovative system based
on stainless steel clips. No glue in our rotors.

CASING One of our main characteristic is flexibility.
Talking about wheels casings this means
that we can offer the dimensions as well
the materials you prefer. Our standard casing
series in made using FeZn or AlMg metal
sheets with special folders in order to
offer the maximum stability and rigidity.
As option we can provide special casings
with insulated panels or in stainless steel
304 and 316.

HUB & BEARINGS
The hubs are in aluminium with different
diameters depending on the rotor size. The
bearings are suitable for both vertical
and horizontal working position, life-time
self lubricated.
